Welcome to Guadalajara Mexican Restaurants

Mario's dream of opening a family restaurant became reality when he and his wife Bertha opened Guadalajara's Mexican Restaurant in Waite Park 10 years ago.  With a handful of recipes and the desire to serve authentic Mexican food, Guadalajara's was born.

Thanks to our loyal customer's we now operate two Guadalajara locations, Waite Park and Rogers.
